Martin Donohue tweeted the other day that the number of long-life, quality deposits was few and far between. There was a post (since moderated) by @anatol that had an excellent summation of this fact.
As @DaisyA pointed out the other day there is quite possibly months to go, with, imho, a better than 50/50 chance of either a higher bid and/or other bidders to enter the fray...
