I dont think it would go that low unless the lack of news on the JV confirmation & DFS continued, which possibly would not be the case if the TO wasn't holding things up or the board got on with the task of getting this project up and running. If there was a 'take the money and run' attitude behind this low-ball offer, what a sudden turnaround & change of board attitude since NR's and promising statements back when Marindi got the boot & the SQM JV was announced? Too hard for them & perhaps easier to accept an offer and run now, or just too expensive & no surefire funding found? Who knows?
