I recall the share price being suppressed many times before with plenty of shaking. In this instance however I wonder what is really behind it.
Lack of interest or what.
If someone throws $5000 at ENG the share price would increase by around 25%.
That says to me that its not being sold off heavily. more pushed down slowly to get a few desperate traders to sell.
If you brought in at 20c a one cent drop here or there now would change little.
