DEUTSCHE TELEKOM (DT ) was down €0.13 to €13.53. CSFB said it is cutting its medium-term EPS forecasts by around 5%. The broker said it sees the French wireline market around 18-24 months ahead of Germany and thinks FT's guidance suggests that VoIP is taking greater hold than it had conservatively forecast.
