Has anyone used Freshtel/Firefly, the Voip service that UNW is "in bed" with...

Last year when they announced the arrangement to sign up and get free credit on a firefly account I did... and i thought it was good - that is until i tried skype. I was using Firefly to call all over the world for about 5 cents a mintute. A friend told me to try Skype, which i did and was converted right away. Also to call landlines from skype it is about 3cents a minute i think. For UNW's to promote Voip it needs to a) improve Firefly software b) Move away from Firefly/Freshtel.

I now use Skype daily, both to call other computers and landlines around the world, and on a mid-range UNW plan the quality is probably twice as good as the Freshtel. Anyone with knowledge into why this is please let us know... Imagine the popularity of UNW when the price of small handhelp computers drop and Voip software can be downloaded on them - cellphone companies must be wondering?
