What a shambles VOL is (speaking from a customer POV). When a business is struggling as much as they clearly are, you'd think their customer approach to their (less) remaining customers would be spot-on. Not so! Had a tenancy in Barangaroo, and their approach to renewal / extension and ultimately vacating was absolutely shambolic... it's like an episode of Fawlty Towers. This is a business which seems to have an appetite for self-harm. I'm an investor and NED in a number of ASX-listed businesses, and I feel sorry for all holders in this one (and the rights issue underwriters)… Overall a potentially-good business model, but shockingly inept execution.
