    So a couple points i haven't been able clarify in my own research. MMJ will essentially sell United and the Swiss company for 60% in Harvest but still own the research arm PhytoTech Therapeutics? MMJ has no short term plans to start growing in australia and all the crop produced in Canada will be sold where Harvest wants to sell them rather then in australia?
