The Manipulator wants at 37.5cents by keeping the big sell at 38cents before someone grabs the 38c. If someone buys the 38c in full, then he keeps the next level at 38.5cents. So he is accumulating nicely from panic sellers who would have bought less than 30c or less than 35c.
But his aim is to get as much as possible within 40c. So far he wins, lot of losers.
Disclosure: Still i hold 350K shares with less than 35c average. I'm keeping for divi and this will definetely go beyond 50c for sure, imo. Pls dyor.
