could be shorting too, just heard on the radio china has cut steel production by 20% in its 6 biggest factories and although the banks there were not badly exposed to the sub prime they have lent heavily on local real estate which is losing around 20% also, commentator remarked that decoupling would not be happening seems they have their problems to regards nareen.
