    Where has LEI's volatility gone. No fun any more! Textbook suggest low vol equals impending rally. However textbook is programmed into HAL 9000s (evil computers) for profiting nowadays.

    Any votes on either of these two scenarios:

    1. LEI is about to have an upward move.
