I was talking to someone from VDM management and they said to me that a few months ago they where discusted with the company but are a lot more upbeat now which suggested to me the changes made are having a positive effect. Didn't say more than that so don't mortgage your house as it could just be workers satisfaction has increased. However I did take it as things have turned a corner and worker satisfaction can be the first signal or part of the recovery. Positive workers create a beter image which in turn creates more work. No-one wants workers showing up that hate there job. I think I will stick with them for a while and change my stance from short term buy to a mid to long term buy.
