The market will be looking for the debt financing facility to be put in PLACE by the expected end of May. This has nothing to do with the ATM as we are not talking about drawing down on the debt facility. I see no reason as to why a conditional debt facility, which has already been agreed upon, cannot be in place by the targeted date in anticipation of the first major contract. The debt facility (financing) will most certainly be a prerequisite for a major supply contract.
