Main risk short term is that while you're waiting to get your shares all hell could break loose and you're stuck watching the price drop and not able to do anything about it. (in which case you could hedge and short some!!).
There does seem to be a pretty mutual feeling around the place that a general correction is looming, and if it happens (and it's healthy to happen) BRU will feel it like the rest.
Bottom line is, do you think you'll get another chance at 1.65? Usually the price takes a hit pretty soon after announcement is made, and we've survived that pretty well so that's a good sign. So as long as we don't have a correction in the next month you'll probably be ok.
I must confess, I took the conservative approach and sold a couple of thousand at 1.92, so I"m basically just averaging down. I'm also hoping they'll raise the amount to raise.
