I think there are many on the sidelines just in case it does move down to that placement price..but 5 million bucks worth of shares is literally 3 million shares. It's not many at all. Can we really judge 287 k traded today as a means to say we are heading back to placement price or below? Who knows. It's another opportunity to buy more at market if you werent offered any in the placement.
