I thought it would sit at 1.7 or so until the issue.

To its credit it didn't, can only assume insiders know what is going on, as some large parcels went thru the last week and it went above 2c

Am wondering if I should sell some others and pick up more of this at this point, or if it goes to 1.6 or so.

If things go to plan and it revalues, a larger investment here at this sp could really go towards my mortgage nicely, of course the reverse could be true, but I think that is less likely now.
