Capitalists economies and money printers (ie those that lend the money to ALL banks).

If we decide not to pay the interest on our debts/borrowings or too many people too much debt and go into bankruptcy - the money printers will not have a business.

The global stimulus (including the Aussie payouts) is nothing but an opportunity for those debt ravened souls to pay off some more interest - ie giving it back to the banks which in turn goes back to the money printers.

A pretty quick path imo: Taxpayers (stimulus) money to money printers.
