I don't believe it's possible to read too much into a public presentation like this.... as with Tesla's battery day it's primary purpose is marketing. They will not be giving away commercially sensitive information.
Watching the summary video provided by @mpk1980 the timeline of 2023 cropped up repeatedly which accords with Talga's timeline. The Lithium,iron,phosphate chemistry looks like a compromise decision (given the uncertainties about long term nickel supply) but my guess is they will compensate that with an emphasis on fast charge... i.e. lower energy density and less range but quicker recharge times.
The main takeaway for me is things are progressing quickly. The financial deals and decisions will be soon (imo).
