I fully understand that. Also I can see that management and major shareholder have endorsed the deal so the chances of a competing offer aren't particularly high. I was referring to his statement 'isn't even interest at $1.15'. Not sure why he said that just because its trading 5% below take over offer. Isn't that normal until an auction happens to start.
