Not a big deal imo...we were just bandying around 'guestimated' figures for building the originally planned plant at about $200 mill v's smaller stage1 concept re: gaining finance and early production 2018 etc. l am sure VRC would already have 'desktop' figures about CapEx that needs a pfs before they can formally go to the market with it. Management must have well and truly crunched these numbers in the boardroom before deciding on the smaller plant to begin production with.
