I believe Volt management have a vision and a mission and that is to develop a profitable world class graphite mine. A vast majority of share holders share this vision and support the company. Obviously Hula doesn't and is doing his darnedest to discredit the company with his continual negativity. So far he's been wrong and in fact according to him VRC should have been broke at the end of Jan 2017.

There is a syndrome called "Schadenfreude" which is pleasure derived from the misfortune of others. Hula either has some huge bone to pick with VRC or he may in fact suffer from this syndrome. A total lack of self esteem is often the cause. The individual has to make themselves appear big and important at the expense of others especially when it comes to "I told you so"
