Could you please elaborate and explain what the reason was for the delay in between PFS and BFS for MNS?
This could demonstrate to the forum why VRC shouldn't incur such delays which would be a major positive.
Also in addition why are they struggling with off takes?
With regards to relocation, they announced a settlement only today (which in my view is a real positive as I saw that as a major concern) and are only just about to start that process? The announcement stated that they have cleared the land to build the new village and that's all at this stage.
IMO that wouldn't have contributed to a great deal of delay in relation to the BFS.
