I agree we are behind but time at the crease does not translate to runs on the board.
I'm not bagging Mns btw - I think it's good for VRc if Mns does well.
As I understand the VRc dies do have access to sealed road To port. Logically one would conclude that it would take time to construct a sealed road where one was not available which you would assume brings the timelines closer than one would think.
