WW i find it amazing the amount of time you put into these threads especially when you don't own any stock. The Tanzanian ownership matters has already been discussed on here. It looks to me your trying to make everyone jump at shadows for what ever reason to perhaps benefit yourself ???
Anyway I ran this past my broker a few weeks ago and he was quite relaxed about it. The companies have a couple of years to comply with this after the special mining license is granted. A simple dual listing is a possible solution such as large gold companies have done. He said there minimal requirements on complying with a standard ML. Nice try again WW but I think you are barking up the wrong tree.
