This is amazing news, a startup company incorporated in 2015 with no commercial product or revenue signs an MOU with another startup company incorporated in 2017 with no revenue and VRC is providing feedstock for their graphene research?
So VRC's only binding offtake should really be measured in KG's rather than tonnes. Perhaps they won't need a port agreement as SH will just export the product in his carry on luggage.
What's the market cap of VRC again? Nearly $40 million?
