Bruce, all spot on statements, but, my opinion, as previously stated, is that Volt has perservered with this Tanzanian deal for positive reasons that I outlined in a previous post.

I firmly believe because of the lack of newsflow at a such a crucial time with the low cash position that they have made headway, and it is obvious they will soon be needing to raise money.

I am relatively confident from what has transpired over the last 12 months that there is a possibility everyone I should discounting that there may be a strong chance of positive news on the Tanzanian road block attached to a small cap raise to get them over short term operating costs, until the funding comes through, which could explain the current situation!

if not, we will all be having strong capital gains tax losses for the future!
