Dblack, nobody wants to say 'ha ha' - we are all invested in this company and WANT to see it do well - but that doesn't mean that we should stay silent when we perceive under-performance and clutching at straws. Worse still, are those that continue to beat the drum, in spite of the bleeding obvious.
The skeptic in me says that a CR has been inevitable since before the ZG acquisition and they are keen (desperate?) to pump the price ahead of that, any which way they can.
Maybe I'm wrong - THEN I'll say "well done management" - time will tell.
