“I believe VRC will go to 20c once everything is approved.” - Can you please elaborate on exactly what you mean by “once everything is approved”?

Predicting a SP of 20c based on Stage 1 production of 20,000tpa seems like an almighty stretch. Let us also not forget that the bulk of Stage 1 production is still not secured by “binding” offtake agreements.

I’m interested to find out the details of the proposed bond issue. These will not be AAA-rated bonds, not even close. What will the coupon rate be for these bonds?

VRC already has a sizeable MCAP IMO. I won’t say it’s inflated, but in my view it’s not undervalued by any stretch. A SP of 20c seems incredibly optimistic at this stage.
