Anon, nothing has changed with WKT's "Application", is still is showing, "Application Recommended." You have been looking at Lindi Jumbo's "Active Licences".
To access their "Applications", and those of any company:
Load the portal map, select"Applications" in the Menu of the left hand side of the screen, and then type in the name of the company in the search box on the right hand side. Use "Volt" when searching for VRC. The "Applications" folder will be shown at the bottom of this menu on the right hand side of the screen.
You can see where all of Volt's "Active Licences" are located on the map, and the same for all the companies, by clicking on each of the "Active Licences" info buttons on the right hand side of the screen. A yellow block will shown on the map where the site is for that "Active Licence".
