I agree that Volt look like they are progressing.

I think the last two announcements should give shareholders some optimism going forward. It would have been nice to have seen the share price move higher, but right now I am more concerned with boxes being ticked and focusing on the bigger picture.
The sharemarket has been pretty crappy for a while, and I am seeing plenty of positive announcements being made by many companies largely being ignored by the investment community.

During these times Volt have to continue to interact with other companies and strengthen ties with those companies that will help it achieve it's goal. The last two announcements would certainly suggest to me that this is happening and discussions continue to be taking place in many forms..
