Hi witch, long time no speak. Yes the universe seems to run on very accurate cycles and rhythms. My guess is that cycles in our cosmos coincide with cycles in our daily lives (eg the markets). That's not to say I believe that the planets or solar flares themselves have any bearing at all on us mortals but perhaps there are certain rhythms in the cosmos that are aligned with other rhythms in our daily life cycles. Who knows really...but there does seem to be observable evidence to suggest there may be something in it all.

Anyway my horoscope todays says "stay away from the markets today. Where possible avoid taking naps on busy roads. A large fortune is coming you way soon but try not to squander too much of it on strong drink and mining specs that are a sure thing."
