9lives, I think the consensus is that new Armstrong cycle started on the 26th Febuary 2007 so you'd need to take 500 days from this point. This would make today 499 days. Also the low of the first leg in the Armstrong cycle came in at the midpoint of the Jan and March lows. So given that the cycle is now up unitl ealry 2009 the radius point which you've highlighted could've been a higher low or in this case it appears to be a double bottom (within 2% of previous low). If markets move lower from here you can throw all cycle theory out the window.
