Voltaires sucker punch friday Thursday July 28th
MORNING TRENDSETTERS
'Raising the debt ceiling is probably just the bull trap. Any deal will give a big one day boost probably. That may be a sucker punch as analysis will then judge how efficacious it is for the longer term.' VOLTAIRE
Well that's a relief Volt - wouldn't want a sustained rally or anything.
Thanks for indulging me in my - letting of steam yesterday. I don't have the class of Voltaire and Redbacker who keep it out of the XJO forum. Although I tried to make it relevent.
This difficult time does remind me of last June through July. Same despondency and similar calls for a second GFC.
I have already done a pop up reminder in outlook calender to tell me next May.
It says. You may be feeling good, you've proabably made a few quick bucks over the christmas rally. But I'm telling you..."GET THE HELL OUT UNTIL AUGUST".
Some snippets from the enlightened ones from yesterday's posts
'Don't believe the hype' - CHRISFORD
'And all we can do till then is hold, meditate and pray.' - JGUNTER
'There are more cycles lining up in the next couple of days than there were in the Tour de France.'- SANFELIPE
'To conclude..crashes do not occur from wave b...wave C just grinds lower and lower....but wave c does not take place until xjo breaks 4200 and holds for a week or so...so we have plenty of time before one really needs to worry about wave c and the next 10 years' - MARTIS
'Suck up the last of the sells and squeeze the life out of those shorts.' - TRADINGMUNGBEAN
'Are we about to peer into the abyss? Who knows?' - DMC1974
'Dr Copper looks good to me at present and that is conflicting with my "inner bear' - JKM010
'I have a portfolio of real crap , nothing like BD'S gilt edged portfolio and it was up for the day .Go figure .It doesn't smell like a problem to me at this stage but I guess tomorrow could be a different story' - PISCES
'The question is will boner make it "hard" for everyone... I mean Boehner.' - INTUITION (you are awful Intuition - but I like you)
It was a good day for snippets - typical of the good humoured mateship here on the XJO thread - patronized by a great bunch of guys.
It was hard cracking open the folio for a look at the damage today trendsetters. A personal act of bravery that I undertake for the common good here.
