Regardless of his potential moves, KS has never paid overs for anything, doesnt make takeovers as he refuses to pay t/o premiums so he acquires initial stakes in companies and then 3% every 6 months. A blocking stake and such action is a negative IMHO to longtermers looking for a short or medium term "out".
