wb, I think one of the reasons for this is that people do not realise the relatively small number of shares issued by RFE!
They say the market is always right. I believe that is not always the case. In the last 18 months of very active trading, I have seen many examples of of underpriced shares. All it takes is a small trigger or sometimes nothing at all to rocket the share up to its true value. IMHO RFE is one of those shares waiting to be rediscovered.
