    With turnover 10 times higher than the normal daily average today and one trade at around 10:23:09 am for 9.8 cents representing 20,046,707 shares for $1,964,577

    can't believe this hasn't been discussed

    has to have been one of the top shareholders ...



    RFE to me looks like a good buy at these prices, so why would you sell at these low prices ???
