the only strategy current management have is to keep things as ambiguous as possible and investors in the dark. they have no idea how to run a company as we would know / wish (in the interest of shareholders) - for evidence have a look at the chart on this for the last two years which heads the opposite direction to their wages and 'admin' bill

lets be honest, the review is a firesale so they can keep kicking the can down the road.

hard to blame them for wanting to hang around, who wouldn't want to keep the sorts of salaries and fees these guys pay themselves? It must also be clear to them if they do move on and have to become gainfully employed again elsewhere the CV dont look too flash
