Watch the overall market too - especially the DOW. We've had a retrace the last week or so and could be due a bounce to coincide with the Obama inauguration. If so, a breakout in CFR would be worth a short-term trade. If there's no overall positive sentiment to the market, I wouldn't touch it - just too much risk for the possible reward.
