    I like a few others have noticed the rising volume over last couple of weeks @ 21.5c and only low % going to buyback. But today we actually have a reasonable bid for 2m plus @ 22c... Note there is only 9m to buy under the buyback with 21m bght @ avg of 21.63c

    I wonder who is buying and why!
