Analyst reports don't equate to institutional buying I'm afraid. Every comapny and his dog have at one time or another commissioned an analyst report. Most do not have institutional support.

Institutions will not buy just because IP has been secured. The value of the IP is in its success, which ESI still needs to prove beyond doubt. Won't see the institutional support until then and even then it can often take the stating of the obvious and ramming it down their throats before they realise there's an opportunity.
