Early days and nobody knows exact details. My rough guess. $100. million to be raised at whatever price they can, could be 20 cents we do not know. Of that $100 million 1/3 or about $30 million to be returned to AJQ share holders In speccie. Which means AJQ has roughly 1.5 billion shares on issue so equivalent to 2 cents to be distributed for each AJQ share. With AJQ trading at 3.4 cents with 2 cents to be returned you are effectively paying 1.4 cents for AJQ share. I may be completely wrong when full details are revealed probably why share price not rocketing just yet.
