Theres still 1.5b shares to be issued to fofo to get him own 25% of gmc.
If we assume market stays the same of around $30m then share price would collapse to 0.5 cents or thereabout after shares issuance.
Total shares out will be 6.1b shares.
Ive included all unvested options in this estimate.
Buying now will only find your holding drop again by 75% after fofo gets his stock.
