Efficiency of powerbox in WA was listed as a key risk on their website (business outline). But I can't find the document anymore. Maybe they removed it? There was a clear list of risks (capital, regulatory hurdles and efficiency in WA amongst a few others...)
You are right about the braek even though. I checked the powerpoint slide and they mention 19 months for being cash flow positive!
