Um.... yes... and no...and yes.... and yes...I rang the company...

Um.... yes... and no...and yes.... and yes...

I rang the company this morning. Asked for the company secretary, Simon Headon. He's wasn't available. I then asked to speak to someone else and was put through to Steven Nicholls.

I was told to put my request in writing by email using the company's website. This I did.

It bounced back saying invalid email addy or something to that effect.

I rang the company again and spoke to Steven. He then suggested another email addy. I used this - it was Simon Headon's personal email address. It bounced back saying that Simon was on holidays until Tuesday the 22nd January 2008 (with an auto reply). I then followed the instructions contained in that email (depending on the nature of the enquiry) and contacted someone else by email who has since emailed me back to say that they will complete my request by tomorrow and I wrote back to ask them to contact me when they are able to provide me with the information in that request.
