the article draws comparisons between Dorado and WDS Sangomar in that they are of similar production volume (75 - 100m bopd) by way of perspective. It’s a positive article but Upstream rarely has the latest information and I would never rely upon it to be up to the minute (and I’ve been reading it for over 25 years). That said, I’m confident that STO will take FID later this year now that they’ve cleared some of the hurdles they’ve faced with their project portfolio. The supply chain has settled down a bit but that could all change overnight if missiles keep flying in the ME. Good for the oil price but not for getting projects done.
