Hi Ricky,
I heard this from a differnt chat room site. Somebody is almost certain that we will be hearing news about a JV like agreement in Q4.
I hope he is right. and for all investors I hope so too.
All I can confirm is what the general public know... that there is 'credible interest' from other parties.
SO lets hope to find positive news soon.
