volume dropping off - selling complete ?

I emailed amx managment last few days.

The ran a tracing notice and discovered that :

"several individual shareholders (many of whom have been in the stock for a long time and have realised significant capital gains) and a small number of institutional shareholders have recently been sellers of the stock. While we are encouraged by the results of the recent capital raising and continued strong support by major institutional shareholders, in the short term this selling has put pressure on the stock"

They made no comment as to who was shorting the stock , but its likely to be the brokerage firm doing the selling on behalf of a client (knowing that they would be pressuring the sp lower )- Nothing like making some commision and a little loose change shorting it at the same time.

For now , the big volume days seem to be dropping off considerably. The stock seems to be well supported in the 95c - $1 range , so we may start to see some bottoming formation over the next few weeks, as long as the POG remain stable. This may bring a few techincal traders into the stock and begin a new trend upwards, coupled with some decent news flow, a quick move to 1.20 isn't out of the question imo.

Longer term - i think corporate activity , PFS, and resource upgrades are a likely catalyst for a more sustained uptrend. Still a few regional targets left to report on also, like wardaradoo.

With the absence of a big seller in the mix , there is good rationale for a solid bounce sooner rather than later imo.

Stock isn't that liquid , it will move as fast higher as it did lower. Anyone who's been watching the stock over the years , knows that the movements are always on the wild side!
