There have been previous posts on whether DEG will go early on settling the deal. If that's what this announcement is the deal includes $3M in shares at 20% discount to the last 20 days VWAP. Bargain for NNAM.
This also needed to happen if KLA is going to have a crack at DEG ...... otherwise it creates a hurdle for any TO.
Its going to be an interesting year.
