At least now we have an explanation for some of the volume re the announcement today that after the cap raising JT had to sell some shares to meet tax liability.
Nice to see an explanatory statement for the sale.
"The Appendix 3Y for the Executive Chairman, Mr John Towner, in addition to the allotment of
6,250,000 fully paid ordinary shares for participation in the placement at $0.008 per share,
also advises the sale of 5,000,000 shares in the Company. The on-market sale was
transacted at a price of $0.01 per share.
Mr Towner has sold the Shares to meet personal tax liabilities. This is the first time Mr
Towner has sold any Shares in Triangle since his initial investment in 2009. He retains a
substantial holding in Triangle and has no plans to sell any further shares in the Company at
this time."
