Tring, don't know where you're running that Fib from as it's not what I'm seeing. If you run it from Oct14 which was the start of the uptrend, the 38.2% is 0.022. Without more news it'll probably move back there unfortunately. The PSAR has already turned into a downtrend. So according to the charts this is definitely a sell right now. Unfortunately I bought at a lot higher price so I'm holding right now.
