My guesstimate is that about 3.5 Billion votes will be cast, guarantee that ERM have at least 700 million. Suggest that 1.8 Billion needed to win the 249 action. An educated guess is that ERM could raise a probable 500 million more votes most likelytaking a total to around 1.2 Billion which is about what EGO Board had last time from memory.

Annual Report estimates that EGO Directors have about 100 million to pledge however about 40 million belongs to Bevan Warris. There are related entities that hold shares so it is unknown about those figures.

This action is not unlike a State or Federal Election. There are the hard core voters that will vote either one way or the other, and then there are the fence sitters, that is what either side will try to / need to garnish to be succesful.

I suppose the key thing to do is be patient and wait for the vote.
